    What is quilling?

Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs.

What if the jewelry comes in contact with water?

I use clear acrylic sealant to provide extra sturdiness to the jewelry. The jewelry can withstand the daily wear including light sweat, moisture, splashes of water but is not 100% water-proof so please don’t go swimming or into the shower with them! If the product does gets in contact with water, wipe it with a paper napkin, allow it to dry with natural air and it will return to the original condition! As with all precious jewelry, careful storage of your paper jewelry is also advised.

    Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you have a design/idea that is not featured on my store, I would be more than happy to work with you to make custom jewelry. In addition, if you like any of my designs but would prefer a different size or a different color combination, please feel free to message me.

    Do you take bulk orders?

Yes! Just reach out to me with your request at papersweetly@gmail.com

What materials are used to make the earrings?

Eco-friendly quilling paper, glue, water-resistant sealant, sterling silver hooks and plastic backs.

Will my order look exactly as shown in the photographs?

Every item is made to order and hence a fresh piece will be made as and when I receive the order. There might be some minor variations from the photograph shown here since each item is a work of art but the earring will mostly resemble the photographs provided.

What kind of paper is used to make the jewelry?

All the jewelry is made with 40% recycled and acid-free paper, so the color does not fade way or stick to skin.

Your photographs are so gorgeous. How did you take them?

Thank you! All the earrings have been photographed by the super-talented Ben Sy.
